4. Exchanges and Returns
What is the deadline for requesting an exchange?
You can request an exchange within 15 days of purchase, provided the product is in perfect condition, with tags and original packaging.

How do I return a product?
Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receipt. The product must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

Can personalized products be returned?
No. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

What should I do if the product arrives defective or damaged?
If the product does not arrive in good condition, please contact us at brasilboards@gmail.com and we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent.

What is the refund timeframe?
After receiving and analyzing the returned product, the refund will be processed using the same payment method within 30 business days.
